If you are in need of a reliable solution for tracking classroom attendance, we are pleased to introduce AccuClass. This app offers a simple and efficient way for both instructors and students to manage attendance.

For students, AccuClass provides the following features:

 <li>Ability to view attendance status and history</li>
 <li>Convenient sign-in through QR code scanning</li>
 <li>Automatic sign-in upon entering the classroom (if set up by instructors)</li>
 <li>Access to AccuClass profile and the ability to upload an avatar</li>
 <li>Read announcements from the instructor</li>

Instructors can take advantage of the following capabilities:

 <li>Easily call roll using an Apple device and mark attendance for each student</li>
 <li>Track attendance by proximity, automatically signing in students within the classroom</li>
 <li>Enable students to sign in or out via class QR code</li>
 <li>Utilize the back camera of an Apple device to read QR barcodes on ID cards for sign-in</li>
 <li>Utilize the front camera of an iPad with a kiosk display stand for QR barcode sign-in</li>
 <li>Use an Apple device-compatible magnetic strip reader to swipe ID cards and sign students in</li>
 <li>View attendance status of your class in real-time</li>
 <li>Conduct live polls and send notifications to students</li>
 <li>Sync data with the AccuClass cloud-based portal</li>
</ul>

AccuClass streamlines attendance data management by allowing you to effortlessly import and export data from the cloud. By logging in to the AccuClass portal, you can easily import your students and class schedule. The Apple device can then be synced with the portal to transfer data and attendance records. Attendance reports can be accessed online from anywhere and at any time.

AccuClass caters to the needs of both individual instructors and educational institutions. Whether you are tracking attendance for your own classes or managing attendance across multiple classes, AccuClass has you covered.

The AccuClass app is available for free and requires an account for the AccuClass cloud-based portal. A complimentary 30-day trial account can be obtained through the AccuClass website at http://www.accuclass.com.
